Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Pull Future mobile app, web app, public website, calculation features, optional AI features, and related support (together, the “Service”). It explains what information is involved, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

2.1 Information you choose to provide

• A profile label or name, birth date, birth time, birth location, time zone, and optional gender selection
• Current location or another place you select for place-dependent timing
• Buddy profiles and relationship context that you have permission to use
• Questions, prompts, and conversations you create with optional AI features
• Messages and contact details you send to support or partnership addresses

2.2 App, device, and request information

The Service can process pseudonymous owner, profile, and context identifiers; language and app version; the feature requested; request status and timing; device and network details; and security or diagnostic records. Internet services ordinarily receive an IP address while serving a request.

2.3 Website and web-app measurement

The public website and web app use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, only after you make an affirmative measurement choice on that site. It helps us understand page visits and selected clicks, such as opening the app. Google Analytics may process the page address and referring page, browser and device details, coarse location derived from your IP address, and measurement cookies or similar browser identifiers. It does not receive profile names, birth details, buddy details, calculated reports, or AI conversations from us.

Each web origin saves its own choice in your browser. Choosing “Decline” keeps Google Analytics off. You can withdraw consent for the public website through “Site privacy choices” and for the web app through its Settings screen; we then stop sending events and clear measurement cookies available to that origin. 2.4 Advertising

The app may show ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. When ads are enabled, the app can share ad requests and consent choices with Google. Depending on your device settings, region, and consent choices, Google and the ad technology providers listed in the consent message may process an advertising identifier, device details, approximate region, and ad interactions. We do not send profile names, birth details, buddy details, calculations, or AI conversations for ad targeting. Google's services information page explains this processing.

The app saves profiles, buddy profiles, preferences, recent reports, and recent AI explanations in app storage so that features can work across sessions. When you request a result, Pull Future receives the fields needed for that request. These can include date and time, coordinates and time zone, an optional gender value, selected profile relationships, and pseudonymous request identifiers.

Returned results can be cached for speed and continuity. Keeping the profile registry on your device reduces unnecessary collection, but requested calculations and optional AI features still require information to be sent over the internet.

When you choose an AI explanation, advisor conversation, or scheduled briefing, the app shows a sharing notice and asks for the required consent. Relevant calculated context, your selected question, and the minimum profile context needed for the response may be sent to a specialist provider. These responses are interpretive educational content, can be incomplete or incorrect, and are not professional advice.

Location-aware features can ask for precise or approximate device location, depending on the permission you grant. Coordinates and time-zone context are used for local sunrise, day divisions, and related timing. You can deny permission and enter a place manually where the app supports it.

• Prepare requested charts, reports, timing windows, comparisons, and optional AI explanations
• Save your preferences and restore recent app state
• Operate, protect, diagnose, and improve the Service
• Measure consented website and web-app visits and selected clicks so we can improve the Service
• Show ads and verify ad-based rewards where you choose to use them
• Provide support, comply with law, and enforce these terms

Information can be processed by companies that help us provide calculations, optional AI, hosting, advertising, communications, fraud prevention, and security. Google LLC processes website or web-app measurement data only when you allow Google Analytics. We limit the information shared to what is needed for the relevant task. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell birth-profile information and do not use it for ad targeting.

In Settings, “Delete Everything” sends an authenticated request to delete saved service data and cached results associated with this app installation. This includes profile-derived calculations, buddy and relationship results, AI explanations, advisor conversations, and other saved personal context. After that request succeeds, the app clears local profiles, buddy profiles, preferences, reports, conversations, and caches from the device.

The request needs an internet connection. The app reports whether it completed; if it does not, retry or contact support. A minimal deletion marker is retained so the deleted installation identity cannot be reused; no active reward or entitlement state remains attached to it. The control does not erase shared non-personal place information or separate records that must be kept for fraud prevention, transaction integrity, security, dispute handling, or legal duties. Public-site and app usage measurement is aggregate or pseudonymous rather than profile content, so it may not be part of this control.

Uninstalling the app generally removes app-managed storage from that device, subject to device backup behavior, but it does not replace the in-app deletion request. Support messages and records held by specialist providers follow their own retention duties. You may also email us with an access, correction, or deletion request where applicable.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No device, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Specialist providers may process information in countries other than your own and use safeguards required for those transfers.

• Deny or withdraw device-location permission and enter a place manually where available
• Decline optional AI sharing or remove saved AI conversations with Delete Everything
• Use the advertising privacy choices available in the app and on your device
• Decline or withdraw website measurement through Site privacy choices and web-app measurement in app Settings
• Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where your regional law provides it

We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Pull Future is not directed to children under 13, and a higher minimum age may apply where you live. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
