Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Pull Future mobile app, web app, website, and related features (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and use the Service in accordance with local law.

Pull Future combines astronomical calculations, traditional timing methods, and optional AI-assisted explanations. It can show charts, timing windows, longer cycles, compatibility context, educational guides, and reflective conversations.

All astrological and AI-assisted material is interpretive. It is offered for education, entertainment, self-reflection, and planning—not as a factual prediction, guarantee, or medical, financial, legal, safety, mental-health, or other professional advice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity
• Disrupt the Service, bypass safeguards, probe non-public access, or introduce malicious code
• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the Service except where law expressly permits it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create an unauthorized derivative of protected software except where law expressly permits it
• Misrepresent an interpretation as certainty or use it to manipulate, discriminate against, or frighten another person
• Rely on the Service instead of urgent care, professional advice, safety guidance, or current real-world evidence

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter. Add a buddy profile, relationship context, or any other person’s birth details only when you have their permission or another valid legal basis. Do not use the Service to infer or claim certainty about another person’s private thoughts, health, conduct, or future.

Optional AI responses are generated from selected context and can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review the sharing notice and check important claims independently. Ads, external links, device services, and specialist providers may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

The Privacy Policy explains the information involved, how it is used, specialist providers, retention, your choices, and “Delete Everything.” The Service keeps a minimal deletion marker to prevent reuse of a deleted installation identity. Separate records may also be kept where required for fraud prevention, transaction integrity, security, disputes, or legal duties.

Pull Future, its original materials, branding, software, designs, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. They do not transfer ownership or allow commercial reuse of our branding or substantial content without written permission.

Information you enter remains yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the feature you requested, protect the Service, comply with law, and follow the Privacy Policy.

If you send suggestions or corrections, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation to you. Do not send confidential information in feedback unless we have agreed to receive it that way.

We may improve, add, limit, pause, or discontinue features. Availability can vary by device, region, connection, consent choices, and service capacity. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from errors.

We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and can use the deletion controls described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee calculation accuracy, AI response accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any personal, relationship, health, career, financial, legal, or other outcome. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for decisions made in reliance on interpretive output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the Service or law changes. The date and version above identify the current publication. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
